Some great work is going on in the Yorkshire and Humber region, but people have their heads down whilst they make a difference for their communities. This often makes finding and capturing examples of positive practice difficult.

Health and social care commissioners’ within the region requested a ‘library’ of service specifications in support of the commissioning task.
