Service Improvement Directory

The YHIP Service Improvement Directory is designed to help you with the process of improving your service provision by showcasing improvements that have been made elsewhere.

You will find the beginnings of the answers to questions such as:

  • Where should we start with service improvement?
  • Who should we involve?
  • What sort of tools or techniques could help us?
  • How will we know if things have got better?

We hope you will find reading about the improvements others have made interesting and helpful.

Improvements happen in services all the time. So if your service has an improvement to share we would very much like to capture it and add it to the directory. If you would like your improvement to go into the directory then please click on the template document below and send completed entries to laura.murphy@yhip.org.uk.
