Event location: Hilton Hotel, Bradford
Date: 29th Apr 2010
Event time: 08:45 to 16:15
We should be proud of the great services there are in Bradford for children & adults with disabilities. However, young people and their parents continue to describe the process from children’s services into adult services as one of great anxiety.
Through the National Strategies and Transition Support Programmes, Bradford’s performance is identified as deteriorating and it’s time we put that right.
A multi-agency group have started to define what our minimum requirements are and what we do now. We would like to check this out with key managers and practitioners across all relevant children’s and adults services; and to that end we would like to invite you a free event:
- Registration 8.45 to 9.45, Event 9.45 – 4.15
- Lunch and refreshments included
- Keynote speaker: Jessica Haslam, C4EO
- For further information contact cath.dew@bradford.gov.uk / 01274 437949

- Please note that applications to attend this event are now closed.
