Better Care, Better Lives: One Year On

This is a personal invitation to all key stakeholders from Health, Social Care, Education & Voluntary/Charity Sectors.

This is a YHIP hosted event in support of the Children’s Palliative Care Network for Yorkshire and Humber to enable share and spread of best practice and forward plan for continued service improvement in 2010/11.

The event will be both informative and challenging for all involved, offering an opportunity to action plan for next steps in relation to the local and regional agenda for collaborative commissioning arrangements for children’s palliative Care Services.

Well renowned key note speakers and service users will inform delegates of current best practice initiatives across our region & nationally.

The Afternoon session will offer delegates the opportunity to discuss key issues within groups focussing on driving forward collaborative working & commissioning across the region.

We look forward to your early response regarding this event as we are expecting a high level of interest from all stakeholders identified.
