The Yorkshire and Humber Joint Improvement Partnership would like to invite you to a showcase featuring the best of the improvement activity across the region.
The Joint Improvement Partnership (JIP), is playing a key role in transforming adult services in the region. It is testing innovative new models of practice through project work being driven by local areas. The projects have already produced resources, toolkits and guidelines which could be of help to you in your work.
Hear about the future development of personalised care and support from a range of leading national and regional speakers. There will also be a marketplace and workshops where you can find out more about the innovative and exciting work being developed in several key areas including : Assistive Technology, Brokerage arrangements, developing a Common Regional Resource Allocation System, Personalisation and Health, Regional Safeguarding networks and Regional Commissioning activities.
What we want from you:
We are looking for feedback from the event on our current projects and priorities for its ongoing work looking to the future. Can you see the gaps in our programme or have ideas about linking the JIP with other areas or work?
